Graphic designer offers 'how-to' on finding one's own voice
Tuesday, February 23, 2021

The gallery invites the campus community to enjoy the current exhibit, “Second Nature,” and engage in free supplies to explore a journaling practice. Blank journals, pencils and small booklets (zines) offering writing prompts, motivations and how-to exercises are available to visitors. The tools and instructions complement the exhibit dedicated to graphic designer Sarah Patterson’s 100-day journaling and drawing practice.
Although closed to the public at this time, The Gallery at Penn College is open to students and employees on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 8 p.m. and Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (The gallery is closed Saturdays and Sundays.)

On display in the gallery lobby are wood masks crafted during Fall 2020 by students enrolled in ART142, a Wood Sculpture class taught by David A. Stabley, instructor of ceramics and wood sculpture.
