Community Arts Center awarded EITC funds from Riverview Bank
Thursday, December 24, 2020
The Community Arts Center has been awarded $3,000 from Riverview Bank through the Pennsylvania Education Improvement Tax Credit in support of approved EITC programs at the CAC.
Educational Improvement Tax Credit grants allow approved organizations to invest in projects that improve access to high-quality education programs. Organizations must be prequalified by the state Department of Community & Economic Development to participate.
The Community Arts Center is able to offer student-centered programs, thanks in large part to the vital support of the business community. Funding for that educational programming is derived from various sources, including EITC funds, donations, corporate sponsorships and grants.
For more information, contact Chuck Still, CAC executive director, or Ana Gonzalez-White, development director.
