Feb. 29 'murder mystery' to tempt, tease dinner patrons
Wednesday, February 12, 2020
This year's theme: 'Leap of Fate'
Every four years, on Feb. 29, representatives of the world's leading spy agencies gather to learn who will be named the top agent. N.A. Solle is undefeated (until now, anyway) and rumor has it that some of the other spies are planning to do whatever it takes to get to No. 1.
Dinner menu
Chef Michael J. Ditchfield and three of his culinary arts technology students (Jacob G. Clarke, of Wilmington, Delaware; Keowa M. Clemens, of York; and Kaitlyn M. June, of Muncy) are preparing this year's menu:
Agent Reno Super Sleuth Slushy Punch and assorted hors d'oeuvres such as Frog Legs, Tortilla Pinwheels and Stuffed Phyllo Cups
Appetizer: Pennyworth’s Revenge Toadstool Grilled Portobello with Lilly Pad Polenta
Salad: Villain and Heiress Miranda Kensington’s Shaved Salad
Entree: N.A.Solle Syndicated Jerk Stuffed Chicken
Ginnifer "Ginger” Snapps: Crumb Cheese cake with Sweet Potato Donut Hole and Bananas Foster with Crystalized Ginger
Doors will open at 5:30 that evening; dinner will begin at 6:15 p.m. You’ll be laughing, puzzling and thoroughly involved in the investigation to solve "Whodunit!"
