Twelve graphic design seniors at Pennsylvania College of Technology will exhibit their work as part of “Design: 2018,” the annual student portfolio exhibition in The Gallery at Penn College.
A public reception for the exhibit’s opening will be held Friday, April 27, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the gallery, located on the third floor of the Madigan Library. The design work will be on display April 27 through May 10.
Participating students are: Dannelle G. Alexander, Spring Mills; Joseph N. Colyer, Selinsgrove; Austin L. Fulton, Montoursville; Felicia R. Hartzler, Dover; Erin Jacob, of Royersford; MinhThu H. Nguyen, Montoursville; Joel S. Riddles, Renovo; Morgan L. Royer, Centre Hall; Kyra N. Shea, Huntingdon; Jonathan D. Straub, Williamsport; Kaelyn Y. Walker, Williamsport; and Daniel T. Wrench, Jersey Shore.
The annual exhibition showcases the best graphic design, illustration and web design work of graphic design majors in their final semester of study at Penn College. The exhibition gives students a chance to present their work in marketing, branding, advertising and design to industry professionals and the community.
Penn College graphic design students have consistently earned recognition through their submissions to regional, national and international advertising design competitions.

The Gallery at Penn College’s special exhibit hours are: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays, and 1 to 4 p.m. on Sundays. (The gallery will be closed May 6, as well as Saturdays and Mondays.)
In addition to serving as an educational resource for Penn College students and a cultural asset to the college and community, the gallery is dedicated to promoting art appreciation through exhibitions of contemporary art.
