A press box was lifted into place at Penn College's Athletic Field on Wednesday morning, another tangible symbol of the Wildcats' full membership in Division III of the NCAA. The unit, manufactured in Michigan, was installed by Recreation Resource USA, a Kennett Square-based provider of playground, park and recreation equipment.
