Students Form 'Circle' of Service in Newest Campus Organization

Shipman (right), instructor of business administration/accounting.Circle K, an outreach affiliate of Kiwanis International, was welcomed this week as the newest Penn College student organization and the latest Service Leadership Program to be sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Williamsport. Established with a goal of making "the world better, one project at a time," Circle K's charter members hosted a reception Tuesday in the college's Thompson Professional Development Center.
