WDCE Leadership Program Aims to Develop Mid-Level Managers

A leadership program offered this fall by Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology focuses on mid-level managers and those aspiring to move into those positions.

Classes will be held in the Community Education Center of Elk and Cameron Counties, 4 Erie Ave., St. Marys, and are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 19, Oct. 10 and 24, and Nov. 7 and 21.



Through a series of 10 modules covered in five days, participants will explore and practice key areas of management focusing on skills required to perform successfully with people, management and processes.

Topics include organizational change, enhanced communication, conflict resolution, coaching for exemplary performance, developing global business acumen, problem-solving. financial knowledge essentials, project budgeting and leading complex projects.
