College Offers Digital Photography Course, Just in Time for Holidays

Those planning to receive or give a full-featured digital camera this holiday season might consider a companion gift certificate for “Mastering Your Advanced Digital Camera,” a digital photography class offered at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Let an industry professional explain how to take stunning digital photographs using an advanced single lens reflex-style digital camera. This hands-on class covers such topics as understanding your camera's features and using them in hands-on practice, as well as editing your photos to produce extraordinary images.
Instructor Wayne Palmer has been involved with some facet of photography for more than 40 years. The owner of Palmer Multimedia Imaging will share his mastery of digital photography with Workforce Development & Continuing Education students from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, Jan.19 through Feb. 2.
