A Salsa Dancing Workshop, held this past week in Penn's Inn, was among the activities celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Penn College. Tabitha Hitchye, from the Baltimore Salsa Dance Company, provided background about the culture, history and tradition of salsa while providing fundamental dance instruction to interested students.
