Penn College junior Hailee L. Hartman earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's top honor when she was named the Division III Women's Player of the Week. The award comes a day after she was named Player of the Week by the North Eastern Athletic Conference – both mark the first time any player at Penn College has garnered either award. A nursing major, Hartman helped lead her teammates to two wins on the week, improving their record to 5-3-1 overall (4-0 NEAC) and tallying 11 points for herself. The junior forward from Lampeter recorded five goals for the week, two of which came in the second half of the Wildcats' 5-0 blanking of Wilson College. She went on to record a hat trick and an assist in the Wildcats' 6-1 defeat of Gallaudet University. Hartman is currently second in the conference, with 18 points on the year, and is tied for NEAC lead in goals with eight.
