'Forward'-Thinking Students Join Volunteer Cleanup Effort

A group of Penn College student volunteers joined counterparts from Lycoming College last weekend in a local cleanup day organized by the Favors Forward Foundation. More than 200 students cleaned up winter debris, completed simple repairs and placed lawn furniture at 29 homes of those who cannot do it themselves due to age, illness or disabilities.
