Penn College Fraternities Add Local Color for National Charities
Friday, March 25, 2016
For the third year, Penn College's fraternity brothers helped a variety of nonprofit causes in their "MAN-i-Cures" fundraiser this past week. The students painted nails for a donation of $5 or more, raising nearly $500 for causes that corresponded to the chosen color: yellow for suicide prevention ($146), pink for breast cancer awareness ($79.50), lavender for testicular cancer awareness ($73), teal for sexual assault awareness ($69.50), blue for autism awareness ($65) and purple for domestic violence ($64.16).
