College Health Services has added a Wildcat Medication Station where students can help themselves to a variety of over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen, hydrocortisone, bacitracin, antacids and cold relief. While the service saves time and hassle, College Health Services encourages students to take only what is needed. "The Wildcat Medication Station is not meant to be a substitute for expert medical care," noted Chad R. Guiswite, a nursing student and the college's health promotion intern. "But it has been established to allow students the option to receive an over-the-counter medication, at no cost, before they schedule an appointment to seek help from the providers."
