The Off-Campus Living and Commuter Services Office, along with the community assistants and Off-Campus Housing Organization, are hosting several events for Penn College students looking to move off-campus next year. The first Off-Campus Housing Expo was held Jan. 20 in the Keystone Dining Room, where students met with property owners from Penn College's approved list. A second expo was held Wednesday night in the Bush Campus Center, and another on main campus will be from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. March 1 in the KDR. Two more expos are scheduled at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center's Nature's Cove: 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 15-16. The CAs and OCHO have also teamed up to offer several educational sessions with topics related to off-campus living. Kayla M. Peters, vice president of OCHO, and Community Assistant Josiah D. Stoltzfus presented the first of three sessions on Jan. 27. The series continues on Monday, Feb. 8, with "Understanding Your Off-Campus Lease" and Tuesday, March 22 with "Get Your Security Deposit Back," both at 7:30 p.m. in Penn’s Inn (CC, second floor).
