'Short Course' to Feature Foodie Fare on C-Store Budget

Wednesday, November 4, 2015

Students interested in learning how to make gourmet meals using simple ingredients from Penn College's Wildcat Express and Fuel convenience stores should sign up for the Student Activities Office's next Short Course. "Ramen-Hack Recipes for College Students," will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Room 105C of the Bush Campus Center. Students can register at the CC Information Desk; the cost is $5, which reserves a spot and supplies. Participants will learn how to make five dishes – Cheesy-Chili Ramen, Ramen Carbonara, Spicy Tomato Ramen, Thai Peanut Ramen and Egg Drop Ramen – and take away samples and recipes. Short Courses are fun and informal opportunities for students to learn new skills or explore particular topics. Watch PCToday and other campus media for future topics; anyone with an idea is encouraged to contact Student Activities.
