Eerie Entrees, Clever Costumes Blend for 'Spooktacular Week'

The Halloween spirit was clearly willing at Penn College this past week, as a variety of activities – including "Nightmare on Rose Street" (a combination of Dining Services' Halloween Boofet and a masquerade party at Rose Street Commons) and the "Arc Asylum" haunted welding lab – added chills and chuckles.
