A faculty member and an alumna of Penn College's School of Business & Hospitality appeared on WBRE's "PA live!" broadcast Tuesday afternoon. Chef Charles R. Niedermyer, instructor of baking and pastry arts and culinary arts, and Ching Chan, who graduated last month with an associate degree in baking and pastry arts, demonstrated how to make a summer fruit tart.
