Penn College at Wellsboro Offers Computer Camp for Adults 55-Plus

Adults 55 and older who want to learn more about using computers for fun and convenience may enroll in a noncredit course at Pennsylvania College of Technology at Wellsboro, located at Wellsboro Area High School.
This easy beginner’s class, offered through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College, introduces the computer for enjoyment purposes.
The class will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on June 17 and 24 at the high school. The cost is $99.
The instructor will lead participants through such topics as emailing friends and family, surfing the Internet, social networking (Facebook), basic word-processing for letter-writing, and other enjoyable and practical applications. No previous computer knowledge is necessary.
