Tuesday, February 11, 2014
The Hospitality Living-Learning Community gathered in Dauphin Hall on Monday night with its faculty mentor, Chef Sue Mayer, to make Valentine’s Day
treats. Under the direction of Mayer and the community’s Resident Assistant, hospitality management student Eileen N. Harrington, about 10 students learned to make Tootsie Roll roses and decorated cupcakes and sugar cookies. The Residence Life Office offers a number of living-learning communities on campus that bring out-of-class opportunities to students enrolled in the same academic majors.
