With Cash, Prizes as Parting Gifts, Game's a Real 'Deal' for Students

The home version of NBC's popular "Deal or No Deal" game show came to Penn College's Klump Academic Center Auditorium on Friday night, as the Student Government Association stagedĀ a winning event. Craig A. Miller, assistant professor of history/political science, proved a genial and quick-witted emcee for the evening, which offered students the chance to win cash and other prizes. Money-winners were Kevin A. Palacios ($135), Matthew D. Lowe ($90) and Levi G. Cross ($50). Kenny Eugene and Kacey S. Ammerman won $25 Sheetz gift cards, Robert J. McClellan and Kimberlee A. Dickinson went home with $15 gift cards from Kimball's, Matthew J. Osborn and Lydia G. Shippee were winners of $15 Starbucks cards, Zachary L. Lundberg won a $25 gift card to Wegmans, and Morgan J. Tannery won entry to a "meet and greet" with Switchfoot when the band performs Feb. 20 on campus.
