Art Project Invites Campus Community's Reflective Responses
Friday, January 10, 2014
Members of the Penn College community are encouraged to participate in Before I Die, a public art project inspired by the work of Candy Chang. Participants complete the sentence, "Before I die, I want to ..." on a white postcard and hang it in the Bush Campus Center's north hallway for public viewing. The campaign encourages individuals to reflect on what really matters to them, as opposed to the day-to-day routine that easily distracts. The project, the subject of a TED Talk by the artist, will be on display until Friday, Jan. 17.
