Parents, Families Enjoy Weekend Reunion With Students

Monday, September 23, 2013

The Penn College community welcomed students' loved ones to Parent & Family Weekend (Sept. 20-22), which offered a variety of opportunities for moms, dads and siblings to be reintroduced to their students after the first month of classes. Nearly 100 families registered on-site and 290 families that preregistered checked in at the Bush Campus Center information desk.  The Student Activities Office organized a number of exciting events: social activities, entertainment, informative visits to the Schneebeli Earth Science Center and Lumley Aviation Center, athletic contests and other games, interactive educational workshops, and tours of the Victorian House and the Williamsport area.
