Just in time for Welcome Weekend and the start of a new semester, a 26-ton billboard near the Bush Campus Center is sporting a fresh face for incoming and returning students. Using Wildcat Blue paint on a complimentary field of white, members of the Penn College community appropriately decorated "The Rock" with encouraging words in recent days – the first of many promotional messages to be shared via the unique addition to the institutional landscape.
