Penn College's Karey E. Wolfe, a first-year health information technology student from Milton, has been named the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Softball Player of the Week for the period ending April 28. In the team’s 3-1 week, she hit .750 with 12 hits, seven runs, seven RBIs and three stolen bases. Wolfe also recorded her first collegiate home run against Penn State Schuylkill, going 3 for 4 with five RBIs. The Lady Wildcats have concluded their season with an 11-19 record. In her rookie year, Wolfe hit .288 (19-66) in 24 games with nine RBIs.
