Live Broadcast Features Hospitality Contingent on Eve of Derby Trip

Three students and a faculty member from Penn College's School of Hospitality, among those leaving for the Kentucky Derby this weekend, appeared on WBRE's "PA live!" broadcast from 4-5 p.m. Friday. Joining Chef Charles R. Niedermyer, instructor of baking and pastry arts and culinary arts, in preparing Bronzed Sea Scallops with Mango Salsa on the air were Brandi L. Davis, of Berwick, and Amy E. Lynn, of Bloomsburg, baking and pastry arts majors; and Lewis D. Robinson, of Bellefonte, enrolled in culinary arts and systems.
