Etiquette Dinner Resolves Students' Fearful Query: 'Which Fork Do I Use?'
Thursday, March 28, 2013
Students with crucial job interviews in their future got a delicious primer in civilized dining this week, as Le Jeune Chef Restaurant hosted another traditional and informative Etiquette Dinner. For less than $14, students were served an appetizer, entree and dessert – all the while being guided by restaurant staff and mentors.
Offering encouragement at Tuesday's event, the latest in a series of dinners sponsored by the Alumni Relations and Career Services offices, were Annmarie Phillips, a perennial supporter and member of the Penn College Foundation Board of Directors; George E. Logue III, a 2010 graduate in culinary arts and systems; and Daniel R. Bennett, the college's manager of information technology security.
