Students of legal age gained some School of Hospitality guidance during a Student Activities "short course" at Penn College's Le Jeune Chef Restaurant on pairing beers and lagers with food. Chef Paul E. Mach, assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts, apprised participants of how to match specific cuisine with the appropriate adult libation.Photos by Michael J.
