'WinterFest' Entertains Campus Audience, Benefits Local Shelter

Mystery Fyre, one of five bands to take partMembers of the Students of Musical Development campus organization, a co-sponsor of the event, perform.An evening's entertainment benefits a worthwhile cause.Student groups hold fundraisers in the Field House "food court."WinterFest bathes the Field House in atmospheric lighting.A binful of winter clothing and $70 will be donated to the Saving Grace Shelter in Williamsport, thanks to Friday's WinterFest in the Field House. The evening included performances by the Students of Musical Development organization (a co-sponsor with the Wildcat Events Board), Mystery Fyre, Flu Shots, Kinsey and Audiobox. Admission was free to Penn College students or with the donation of an item of winter clothing; there was a minimal charge to faculty/staff and the public.
