Penn College Offers Business/Professional Development Courses

For those ready to take themselves – or their businesses – to the next level, Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a wide array of noncredit business and management courses this fall.
The courses are presented by Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College and are held at the Center for Business & Workforce Development on the college’s main campus in Williamsport.
Taught by qualified, experienced industry experts and faculty, the courses can also be customized and delivered at employer locations.
A few of the courses to be offered this fall are: Train the Trainer, Strategic Planning (three-part series), Effective Communications, Working with Difficult Personalities, Business Acumen, Workplace Motivation, Body Language in the Workplace, QuickBooks 2011 (Levels 1 & 2), Understanding and Appreciating Differences Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Feedback and Performance Appraisals.
