Dodgeball Tourney Raises $150 for Hope Enterprises

A line of defenseThe Student Athlete Advisory Committee hosted a "Play for Hope Dodgeball Tournament" Tuesday evening in the Field House. The event, spearheaded by SAAC member and wrestler Logan A. Gresock, served as a fundraiser for Hope Enterprises, Inc. a local charity focused on "enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities by providing them with responsive services and supports." Seven teams made up of nearly 50 players participated and helped raise $150. The winner of the double-elimination tournament was Team Go, comprised of six Wildcat soccer players whose outstanding play earned them a gift certificate for a victory dinner at Joe's Pizza.
