Future Business Leaders Convene Annual Regional Conference

Sheppard, assistant professor of construction management, explains the sometimes-overlooked connection between business students and his field, asking his audience  young women decidedly included  to consider a career in construction management About 650 students, advisers and guests from 15 area schools attended Thursday's Region 7 Future Business Leaders of America Leadership Conference on Penn College's main campus. The day's agenda included welcoming addresses by college faculty and staff, campaign speeches by candidates for regional office, competition in a variety of categories to decide who advances to this spring's state event in Hershey, lunch at the Keystone Dining Room and an awards presentation.
