Scott D. Neuhard, assistant professor of electronics, will have a biography published in the book's seventh edition.
Neuhard earned a Master of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Society of Quality and the IEEE, for which he serves as an adviser to the Penn College IEEE student branch.
