Representatives of Penn College's School of Business and Computer Technologies again worked with Marcia McCann, instructional learning support teacher at Williamsport's Curtin Middle School, to offer brown-bag lunch sessions for pupils during the Spring 2011 semester. In their most recent visit, Asesh K. Das, professor of computer science, and Bradley M. Webb, coordinator of matriculation and retention, talked about the presence of probability and chance in our daily lives, as well as how to count with probability. Curtin's brown-bag lunch program allows for students to attend voluntary mini-courses held over their lunch period.
