Penn College sophomore Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport) and freshman Tosha Stover (Bellefonte) earned Penn State University Athletic Conference women's basketball honors Thursday. Steer was named an All-Conference selection, while Stover was an honorable mention. The All-Conference team is comprised of top players from the PSUAC voted on by conference officials. This year, Steer led the team in scoring, averaging 16.9 points. She also averaged 7.5 rebounds and notched 50 assists and 32 steals. In her rookie season, Stover averaged 9.2 points and 5.9 rebounds and led the team with 60 assists.
