Keeping his audience spellbound with a stunningly creative blend of storytelling, wit, stage presence and music not to mention an effective use of props David S. Sims shared a hypothetically valedictory message as this year's speaker in The David London My Last Words lecture series. An associate professor of English composition at Penn College, Sims formidably filled the Klump Academic Center Auditorium with wisdom and life lessons as if it was his last opportunity to address students. His Tuesday lecture, titled "Ho-ka Hey!" was followed by a plaque presentation and a reception. The series memorializes David A. London, an associate professor of speech communication/composition who died in May 2008.
