The club, in a dedicated area at the rear of the restaurant, will feature relaxed dining with its own "gastro-pub" menu, as well as a buffet. As with the public portion of Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, the club is a working laboratory for students in the School of Hospitality. Each semester, students in the Applied Food Preparation and Production course spend the last weeks of the semester cooking for lunch clients in the restaurant.

No reservations are required in the club; members simply walk in and take a seat to share the lunch hour with colleagues. In addition to lunch, One College Club members are invited to the "Gathering Hour," held each Friday from 4:30-5:30 p.m., beginning Aug. 20. During the Gathering Hour, the club offers free hors d'oeuvres and specially priced beverages in the club bar at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant. Club members also receive a newsletter and invitations to special events.

Take advantage of a special Grand-Opening Trial Membership promotion. Simply fill out a Trial Membership Application Form (available to faculty and staff on the myPCT Portal) and "try us out" without membership commitment. The one-month trial is offered at a 25-percent discount off the regular monthly dues. The dues are loaded onto employees' ID cards for use as a declining-balance meal plan. There is no club initiation fee.

Club members pay monthly dues of $26 (full-time employees) or $18 (part-time employees, retirees and alumni), which they then use to pay for their meals or the meal of a guest in the club using their ID. Balances are carried over month to month, or returned via a special check issued from Le Jeune Chef to the employee through the accounting office.
