Winter 2009 Commencement

Pennsylvania College of Technology held its Winter Commencement ceremony Saturday, Dec. 19, at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport. The student speaker was Micah A. Metzel, of Dallastown, who received a bachelor’s degree in technology management from the School of Business and Computer Technologies. Also speaking was Christine M. Kessler, assistant professor of physician assistant and this year's recipient of the Veronica M. Muzic Master Teacher Award. More than 350 degrees were conferred by college President Davie Jane Gilmour, accompanied by state Sen. Gene Yaw, a member of the Penn College Board of Directors. During the ceremony, a
