Members of College Family to Perform in Arts Center Events

The Penn College community will be well-represented at "The Music of Billtown," a benefit concert in memory of longtime Billtown Blues Association member and freelance photographer Susan Bacchieri, to begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Community Arts Center. Bands scheduled to perform are In the Kitchen, featuring Douglas M. Sherry, part-time instructor of sociology; Key of V, comprising human services students and part-time college employees Erin M. and Valerie A. LaCerra; and Flu Shots, which claims audio/visual specialist Kevin M. Mix among its members. Sherry will return to the Arts Center at 7 p.m. Dec. 5 for the Williamsport Civic Ballet's 47th annual production of "The Nutcracker," along with Margaret Dickinson-Sherry, daughter of Sherry and his wife, Laura M. Dickinson, associate professor of English/composition; and Gillian Buckman, daughter of applied human services student Vanessa M. Morgan and granddaughter of Debra A. Buckman, assistant professor of environmental technology.
