Gerri Luke Delivers Inspiring Commemorative Lecture

Luke, associate professor of business administration/marketing, delivered the David London My Last Words Lecture on Tuesdayevening in the ACC Auditorium. The lecture series,featuring a faculty membernominated by students asespecially inspiring and encouraging, was renamed last year in honor of the late David A. London, associate professor of speech communication/composition.Luke, who previously served as dean of graduate and continuing education at three New England colleges, has been a favorite of adult learners and more traditional-age students alike since her arrival at Penn College in the Fall 2004 semester. She holds a doctorate in leadership in higher education administration from the University of Massachusetts-Boston; a master of business administration from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell; and a bachelor's degree in English from Salem (Mass.) State College.
