Tracy L. Brundage, managing director of Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology, had a case study published in the book "Cases in Government Succession Planning: Action-Oriented Strategies for Public-Sector Human Capital Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, and Talent Management."
In the book, written/edited by William J. Rothwell, James Alexander and Mark Bernhard, Brundage was responsible for Case 16: "Succession Practices in the Pennsylvania Department of Education." She conducted the interview and then transcribed, edited and prepared it for publication, based on meetings held with the Department of Education.
Brundage has been employed by Penn College for nearly two years. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the college's School of Business and Computer Technologies. She has more than 17 years' experience in administration, curriculum development, adult education and training, and workforce development in the public and private sectors. She has spoken and presented at local, regional and national conferences.
Brundage earned a Master of Education in training and development from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Gettysburg College. She has completed the course work for a doctorate in the workforce education program at Penn State and is working on her dissertation.
