Intramural winners travel for extramural tourney A team of Penn College students the winners in a recent five-on-five intramural competition traveled to Lewisburg on Monday for a Final Four Basketball Tournament with Susquehanna, Bloomsburg and (host) Bucknell universities. Penn College was represented by Ben Vincent, Ty Holland, Donnie Stevenson, Jordan Kilbourn, Brandon Sauers, Jon Boob and Ray Kanapesky. Penn College played Bloomsburg in the first round of the tournament and was edged out by a 63-57 score. Kilbourn led the way with 19 points, as Vincent and Boob each chipped in 13. The loss put the Wildcats in the consolation game against Susquehanna, which hung on and beat Penn College by a score of 53-44. Penn College once again was led by Kilbourn (18 points) and Boob (14). "The team played hard," said Jeremy R. Bottorf, intramural assistant. "And, considering the bigger schools it played against, played rather well."
