Students Discuss Sexual Responsibility, Enjoy Free Pizza
Tuesday, February 19, 2008
Residents of the Rose Street Apartments enjoyed free pizza, drinks and snacks (supplied by Residence Life) and learned about issues facing college students who choose to be sexually active at a "Pizza and Condoms Party" held during Sexual Awareness Week. Resident Assistant Melissa Dobson created a unique way to meet her residents and inform them of the dangers of irresponsible sexual activity. Student Health Services supplied free condoms and informational pamphlets for students, and some residents brought board games to play. "I am happy that my residents got to know each other while learning about responsible behavior," Dobson said. ( Photo provided by Andrew Christoffel, community assistant)
