Robert P. StenersonRobert P. Stenerson, a surveying technology major from State College, has been chosen as the Student Government Association's "Student of the Month" for October.

Termed an "extremely responsible" member of his campus community, Stenerson is a student member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and president of the PSLS student chapter.

The instructor also said Stenerson connects with students who are difficult to motivate, has a "positive, contagious attitude" and is a pleasure to give instruction to.

"I wish every student was like him," he added.

SGA regularly selects a "Student of the Month" based on commitment, service, role-model behavior, academics, leadership and campus involvement. Watch PCToday for the next round of nominations.
