Faculty Member Presents at Conference of Physics Teachers

David S. Richards, associate professor of physics at Pennsylvania College of Technology, gave a talk at the spring conference of the American Association of Physics Teachers (Central Pennsylvania Section).
His presentation was titled "Tablet PC Technology Within a Traditional Classroom Environment." The conference was held at Penn State York.
Richards has taught at Penn College since 1995 and was honored with an Excellence in Teaching Award in May. Previously, he taught at Judson College and Marion Military Institute.
He earned a master of science degree from the University of Alabama and a bachelor of science degree from Mary Washington College. He is pursuing a doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University.
