Students were able to make their own concrete (civil engineering), design their own plastic thermo forming sign (plastics and polymers), create a rapid prototype (CAD and drafting), design and manufacture a personalized coaster (automated manufacturing), construct a motor (electronics), and try their hand at welding. Campers learned about endless career opportunities as they were discovering these engineering technologies. This camp was sponsored, in part, by the Central Pennsylvania Tech Prep Consortium.
