Reception Honors Donors' Gifts Toward Students' Education

Penn College hosted a reception Tuesday to show its deep appreciation for individuals and corporations whose donations to the college help to fund the newest in industry-standard equipment, scholarships and building projects that are crucial to helping students earn "degrees that work." College President Davie Jane Gilmour recognized new contributors and those whose continued giving in the past year raised them to a higher category on the Donor Wall in the Student and Administrative Services Center lobby. Among them were Penn College employees, whose cumulative giving to the Annual Fund is more than $500,000, raising them to the "Golden Society."
