MillerPenn College Police and Student Affairs were among those on hand Thursday to advise Penn College students on "How to Party Safely and Legally." The fun, informative program provided students with detailed information about how to host parties thatare safe and legal (and therefore within college policy). "We had 18 students attend and, from talking to them afterwards, I think they learned a great deal about how to have fun at college while staying safe and within the legal boundaries," said Elliott Strickland, special assistant to the vice president for student affairs. He was joined as a presenter in the PDC by police Chief Chris E. Miller and Alfredo F. Daniele, of Franco's Lounge and Music Club, a part-time instructor of food and hospitality/culinary arts at the college. ( Photos by Amanda M. Williamson, casual part-time student photographer)
