Lycoming College's intramural girls' basketball team defeated Penn College at Bardo Gymnasium on Thursday night, 70-26. "It was a very exciting and entertaining game to watch, even though the score was so lopsided," said Lisa J. Worth, athletic assistant. "It seemed like there was a lid on ourbucket; a lot of our shots just didn't fall." She said the Penn College team played hard for the entire game, at times diving for loose balls. Emily Beiter was high scorer for Penn College with 12 points. Katie McKim had 5 points and Ashley Janocka added 4. Worth expressed thanks to the entire team McKim, Ciara Bitner, Megan Renwick, Katie Greene, Beiter, Morgan Jones and Janocka and to the many fans that showed their support.
