Paula Meyer, human resources director for Churchill Downs, came to campus Feb. 22-23 to interview students in the School of Hospitality. She offered a presentation to the students on Thursday evening. Levy Restaurants, which manages food service at the horse track, will choose about 20 students to help serve race fans in the Club House at Churchill Downs during the 133rd running of the Kentucky Derby, scheduled May 5.
