Penn College's "Constitution Day" observance continued Wednesday evening with a lecture, "Music Piracy and Downloading: Both Sides of the Debate," by Scott E. Cunningham in the ACC Auditorium. Through his work with MTV Programming, degrees in music and sound recording and music business, and a personal interest in producing and writing music, Cunningham drew from his vast experience to present a balanced view of the music-piracy and downloading debate.
